These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sifo Transport & Logistics website and the transport, freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain services (the "Services") offered by Sifo Transport & Logistics ("Sifo Transport", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Sifo Transport provides freight forwarding, road transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, supply chain management, and last mile delivery services across Zambia, the SADC region, and other parts of Africa. Specific service terms, rates, and delivery timelines will be confirmed with each client individually via a formal quote or service agreement.
Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding enquiries. A quote does not constitute a contract until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Sifo Transport. Rates provided are estimates and may vary based on actual cargo, distance, customs requirements, and market conditions at the time of shipment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding cargo type, weight, origin, and destination. Clients must ensure that goods tendered for transport comply with all applicable laws, including customs, safety, and prohibited-goods regulations. Sifo Transport reserves the right to refuse carriage of any goods that do not comply with applicable regulations.
While Sifo Transport takes all reasonable care in handling, transporting, and storing cargo, our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement, bill of lading, or waybill governing each shipment. Cargo insurance is available and recommended for all shipments.
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quote or service agreement. Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension of services, storage fees, or release delays on affected shipments.
Shipment status is provided by our team on request (for example by WhatsApp). It reflects the latest information available to us and may not reflect real-time conditions.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sifo Transport & Logistics unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sifo Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, except as expressly set out in a signed service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
